My Sound Wellbeing, based out of Sydney, Australia, is engaged with its local and global partners to evaluate the efficaciousness of sound frequencies to reduce stress and trait anxiety, states known to lead to Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases.
Bridging the Medical Model of care, our research aims to develop a low-risk, low-cost sound as support therapy that shows the changes in an individual's biology, after listening to their sound frequencies.
